Francene was previously employed by the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Francene is a certified public accountant (CPA) in California and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Francene received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, accounting, from California State University, Fullerton.
